I’m Diana, a painter based in Paris. I work in oil — mostly flowers and landscapes, with the occasional turn toward figurative portraiture. What drives the work is colour: how two tones behave side by side, how a palette can carry an entire feeling.

I came to this deliberately, and not first. After several years in Belgium as a doctoral researcher and then as a political advisor, I moved to Paris in 2024 and finally gave myself to the childhood dream I had set aside. This past year has gone into technique and research: weekly art history classes at the École du Louvre, morphology and oil painting from the live model at the Académie des Beaux-Arts, and everything Paris has to show.
