I’m Diana, a painter based in Paris. I work in oil — mostly flowers and landscapes, with the occasional turn toward figurative portraiture.
What drives the work is colour: how two tones behave side by side, how a palette can carry an entire feeling. I come to painting with an eye shaped by interiors and design, and I work attentively.
I came to this deliberately, and not first. After several years in Belgium as a doctoral researcher and then as a political advisor, I moved to Paris in 2024 with my husband and daughter, and finally gave myself to the childhood dream I had set aside.
